.e-Invoicing Portal is displaying my old mobile number. How can I change it?


To change your mobile number on the e-Invoicing Portal, you can follow these steps:

  1. Log in to the e-Invoicing Portal.
  2. Click on the "Profile" tab.
  3. Under "Contact Details", click on the "Edit" button.
  4. Enter your new mobile number and click on the "Save" button.
  5. You will receive an OTP on your new mobile number. Enter the OTP and click on the "Submit" button.

Your mobile number will be updated on the e-Invoicing Portal.

Here are some additional things to keep in mind:

  • You can only change your mobile number once every 30 days.
  • You must have access to your old mobile number in order to receive the OTP.
  • If you do not receive the OTP, you can click on the "Resend OTP" button.
  • If you still do not receive the OTP, you can contact the e-Invoicing Portal support team for assistance.
