.e-Invoicing Portal is displaying my old mobile number. How can I change it?
To change your mobile number on the e-Invoicing Portal, you can follow these steps:
- Log in to the e-Invoicing Portal.
- Click on the "Profile" tab.
- Under "Contact Details", click on the "Edit" button.
- Enter your new mobile number and click on the "Save" button.
- You will receive an OTP on your new mobile number. Enter the OTP and click on the "Submit" button.
Your mobile number will be updated on the e-Invoicing Portal.
Here are some additional things to keep in mind:
- You can only change your mobile number once every 30 days.
- You must have access to your old mobile number in order to receive the OTP.
- If you do not receive the OTP, you can click on the "Resend OTP" button.
